About the Role
The Proposal and Sales Support Officer plays a vital part in shaping the materials we present to clients. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, proactive, and skilled in both technical document formatting and visual design. Your work will help craft persuasive, compelling proposals and sales content that drive new business.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Develop and format high-quality proposal documents, presentations, and sales collateral using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Coordinate the full proposal development process — from initial brief to final submission
Manage document libraries and maintain version control in SharePoint
Design visually engaging proposals and presentations that align with our brand standards
Support the sales team with timely pitch materials and tender responses
Identify opportunities to enhance proposal templates and improve internal processes
Ensure all submissions meet quality expectations and deadlines
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive content
Essential Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint
Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong design sensibility — layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
A proactive approach to managing workload and solving challenges
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple deadlines
Desirable Skills
While not required, the following are a strong advantage:
Experience in proposal writing or bid management
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in sales support or business development
Understanding of tender and procurement processes
