Now Hiring - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO) Functional Consultant

We are seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance our client environments. This role goes beyond support - you’ll act as a trusted functional advisor, owning complex issues, guiding clients, and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Level 2 functional support for D365 FnO across multiple client environments

• Own and resolve complex functional issues, including root cause analysis and long-term fixes

• Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders on functional matters

• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations

• Drive continuous improvements and recommend system/process optimizations

• Support and lead UAT cycles, release management, and deployments

• Collaborate closely with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and escalations

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team

• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high standards of client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO)

• Strong expertise in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR); additional modules are a plus

• Proven experience in support and/or AMS environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex scenarios

• Experience working directly with clients/stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role

• Willingness to work Australian business hours

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 FnO Certification

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management

• Exposure to multi-entity / multi-currency environments

• Experience supporting AU or UK clients

• Familiarity with ITIL processes or structured support frameworks
